To All Community Leaders and Interested Parties:

The Community Youth Activities Program, Inc. will be hosting a fundraising event on October 25, 2008.  At this event we will share with community leaders our goal of acquiring property for the purpose of building a long over due community center for the citizens of our city.  This is a big undertaking and we will need everyone in the community to come together in order to make this dream come true.  Community Youth Activities Program, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization so contributions by you, or your business, are tax deductible.   A community center will help provide a venue for recreation and entertainment, after-school programs for youth, and a location for local organizations to hold meetings and other events.

This fundraising event will be held at the new Purcell High School beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the date listed above.  There will be a meal and entertainment provided at this event as well as a presentation by CYAP leaders detailing the plan that has been developed.

We need your presence and your financial support for this dream to be realized for our community.  Please plan to attend this important event that will have a big impact on our community.

Tickets for the event on October 25 will sell for $50.00 per person.  Corporate sponsorships are also being solicited for our ambitious project and are available for your consideration.  Sponsor Levels:   $1000 platinum; $500 gold; $200 silver; $100 bronze.

All funds collected will be put into a trust and used exclusively for the purpose of obtaining a site for the much needed community center.
